SWI and MPI reports

SWI report: my Swiss watch, which cost $50 one year ago, is now “worth” 59.3895 U.S. dollars, according to today’s currency market. IOW, if I went to Switzerland this month and bought my Swatch watch, which still costs 50.00 Swiss francs, it would cost me $59+.

Meanwhile, our Model Portfolio continues to fall. Surprised? Not in view of the SWI, although US currency has been falling all year, while the American stock market had been rising more or less steadily since July 2010.
